1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the List Product Fast platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is provided by List Product Fast ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

List Product Fast provides an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate and streamline product listings for e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to eBay. We offer image processing, content generation, and storefront integration services.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • The Service is billed on a subscription basis or via one-time "Pay As You Go" packages. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis for subscriptions.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless legally required in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rules of third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay's listing policies).
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including trademark and copyright violations.
  • List prohibited, illegal, or heavily restricted items without appropriate authorizations.
  • Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Service.
  • Overload, spam, or perform automated data extraction (scraping) on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data and final AI-generated listings), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of List Product Fast and its licensors.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service interacts directly with third-party platforms (e.g., eBay). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed strictly by their respective Terms of Service, and we are not liable for account suspensions or listing removals on third-party sites resulting from your use of our Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall List Product Fast, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
